Soul Flow yoga mixes Kemetic Yoga with traditional asanas that emphasize the four point breathing method while listening to various styles of music such as soul, afrikan, reggae, jazz, funk, and tribal beats. We start all our classes by grounding ourselves in a restorative meditation and end classes feeling rejuvenated. You will learn to streghthen the respiratory system, activate the circulatory, thyroid and glandular system. We learn to control the breath through our movements in order to move and circulate life force. . No experience is needed to participate in this beginners style class.
